Music

Since I was only a child I really like to hear all type of music, but with the time I begin to prefer the rhythms like Rock, Metal, Blues and, my favourite, Jazz.

The Jazz influenced me to want to play saxophone, so I learn to play and then I enter to Music Interpretation in Universidad Catolica. Next three years studying classic sax, I prefer to stop because I do not like to much the classic music. I just wanted to play and hear the music that I like.

Also, I play another instruments like guitar, bagpipe, bass and others.

Currently I am in a band with some friends since 2012 for the first "Battle of the Bands" in my school. Our group is called "Crazy Adams" because when we had to register to the event, I was singing the Crazy Adams Show theme and the name was attractive to us. At today we only plays covers of blues, rock an roll and country music and some jazz improvisations, but actually we want to start to create our own music. We are looking something like Elvis or a fusion of jazz, blues, bossa nova and others rhythms like that. 

Pasta

I like the pasta so much, such the fettuccine, spaghetti and... other pastas. In short, I like the Italian food. I love to cook and eat ( especially eat ) pastas, because is easy to cook, are inexpensive and  very delicious when are prepared well.
In the "pastas world", my favourite plate is the fettuccine with shrimp in white sauce or "Shrimp Fettuccine in Garlic Cream Sauce". It is my favourite form to eat fettuccine and shrimps.
                           

                         

I love to cook this recipe, but in general I like to cook because I can also do the food to my taste but for this recipe, I really love how is cooked by my grandmother. She is one of the best cookers in my family, she know how to cook everything and also, everything that she do is amazing.

Another thing that I love to eat are the chips like "Great Value" and "Lays Stax", but only the original flavour, I don't like to much the others flavours. Its something that cant fault in my house, because I eaten everyday.

"Big" Mick Hughes

The sound engineer that I choose is "Big" Mick Hughes because is the live audio engineer for Metallica that is one of my favorite metal groups. He's with this band since 1984.

He was born in 1960 and grow up in Birmingham, England. Big Mick has mixed Metallica at every one of the more than 1500 shows they have preformed since their November 1984 tour of europe, with only one exception. In 1988, on the Load/Reload tour, Big Mick had hearth palpitations and he was hospitalised. The Armoury Show's management company QPrime then asked Mick to engineer a band they had just signed called Metallica (prompting Mick to ask "What's heavy metal?" when told the genre of music they played) starting a relationship that has lasted nearly 30 years.
The most important reason why I admire him, it's because his work fot that band had been amazing, not any person is working with a band for so long, considering the difficulty of their work.
